To match the scale and significance of JoyRide’s 10-year milestone, we booked the Arizona Broadway Theatre — a venue that offered both elegance and professional-grade amenities. With 100 guests in attendance, including industry leaders, company partners, and the full JoyRide team, every detail of the space had to reflect the quality and ambition of the brand.
Catering & Atmosphere
Our team coordinated full-service catering to match the evening’s upscale tone, including diverse options that catered to a range of preferences. To elevate the ambiance, we brought in a live violinist, whose performance added a refined, personal touch during dinner and networking segments.
Photography, Videography & Media Coverage
Capturing the night wasn’t an afterthought — it was a priority. We directed a full media crew to cover the event, producing both a professional aftermovie and a rich bank of visual content for future use. Every speech, toast, and candid smile was documented.
No 10-year story is complete without acknowledging those who made it possible. One of the highlights of the evening was the employee awards ceremony, which we helped concept and script. From a single truck to a 250+ unit fleet spanning six states, JoyRide’s evolution is extraordinary. And we made sure to tell that story with depth, emotion, and authenticity. We filmed it. Produced it. Wrote the narrative. And premiered it live for the first time that night.
