Sarajevo Loading Fest was the first large-scale gaming event of its kind in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and we were proud to lead the charge—from concept development to execution and promotion.
Event Overview:
Loading Fest was created as a celebration of gaming, esports, pop culture, and digital entertainment. Hosted in Sarajevo, the event brought together gamers, streamers, developers, and tech enthusiasts for two days of tournaments, free play zones, cosplay competitions, and panel discussions. The goal was clear: put Bosnia and Herzegovina on the regional gaming map.
Branding & Visual Identity:
We developed the complete brand identity for Sarajevo Loading Fest—including logo, colors, typography, and graphic assets that would resonate with the gaming community. The visuals combined retro-gaming elements with a futuristic digital vibe, setting the tone for both print and digital materials, social media, stage designs, and merch.
Promotion & Community Engagement:
The event was promoted through a robust online campaign across social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Discord. We built a digital community before the event even launched—posting teasers, memes, influencer takeovers, and interactive content to engage gamers across the region. Key streamers and esports personalities were brought in as part of the campaign to expand reach and credibility.
Production & Experience Design:
From tournament setups and LAN zones to VR stations, arcade corners, and a main stage for competitions and talks—we designed every inch of the event to appeal to hardcore gamers and casual attendees alike. Cosplay contests and local game developer showcases added variety to the program, while food stations and chill zones rounded out the festival atmosphere.
