For Acumatica, one of the world’s fastest-growing Cloud ERP providers, we produced two engaging promotional videos for display in major U.S. airports—designed to captivate business travelers and boost brand awareness.
Problem Statement:
Acumatica wanted to raise awareness of their Cloud ERP solutions among a high-value audience: business travelers. However, they needed a fast, effective way to communicate their complex service offerings in a visual format suited for airport environments. With no prior video content for this use case, they required a partner to handle both design and production from concept to delivery—ensuring the final product was clear, engaging, and on-brand.
Solution and Implementation:
We collaborated closely with Acumatica’s team to define the campaign goals and understand their core messaging. After analyzing the target audience and setting, we created scripts and storyboards tailored to airport advertising environments.
Our design and video teams produced two polished videos using a blend of animation, brand visuals, and real product footage—highlighting the key benefits of Acumatica’s Cloud ERP in under a minute. Once finalized, the videos were strategically placed in high-traffic zones at LaGuardia (LGA) and Austin-Bergstrom (AUS) airports, targeting travelers during dwell time in departure lounges and baggage claim areas.
Results:
The videos effectively captured attention and presented Acumatica’s value proposition in a dynamic, easy-to-digest format. Placed in key locations within two major airports, the campaign achieved strong visibility among thousands of business travelers, reinforcing Acumatica’s position as a trusted, innovative leader in the ERP space. The success of this visual campaign marked the beginning of a promising partnership, showcasing the power of tailored, high-impact media.
