More than just a promotional asset, “We Care” is a powerful, human-centered film that highlights the stories behind the screens — the people, paths, and passions that define JR’s culture.
The idea was simple, but strong: show the people of JR Services, not just the roles they play. We developed “We Care” as a documentary-style video structured around three main characters — Kenan, Mev, and Armin — each with a unique background, personal story, and career journey within JR Services.
Through their individual stories and three testimonial segments, the video explores what JR Services truly stands for: people, ideas, and trust11.
