For JoyRide Logistics, we created targeted Facebook lead ads to address their driver shortage and improve lead quality and retention, resulting in a highly successful recruitment campaign.

Problem Statement:

JoyRide Logistics faced a significant driver shortage, a common issue in the trucking industry. They struggled with inefficient recruitment processes, recycled leads, and low driver retention. To attract qualified CDL A drivers with over 2 years of experience, they needed a more effective and efficient recruitment solution that could offer competitive pay and benefits like medical insurance, the latest truck models, and frequent home time.

Solution and Implementation:

We leveraged our previous marketing experience with JoyRide Logistics to develop a series of targeted Facebook lead ads tailored to their specific requirements. Our approach focused on highlighting the benefits of working with JoyRide, including competitive pay, medical insurance, modern trucks, and a balanced home life. We also created a fully automated system to streamline the lead management process, ensuring immediate email alerts and seamless integration with their CRM.

Campaign Results:

One campaign that lasted for 45-days was highly successful, generating 1,462 leads with an impressive 85% qualification rate. The cost per lead was just $4.53, making it a cost-effective solution for JoyRide’s recruitment needs. This targeted approach significantly improved their lead quality and driver retention, helping to address the driver shortage problem effectively.
