For Kennesaw, we developed targeted Facebook lead ads to tackle their driver shortage, generating qualified leads through a fully automated system.

Problem Statement:

Kennesaw faced a significant driver shortage, necessitating a more effective and efficient recruitment strategy. They needed to attract drivers with at least 6 months of experience, 3 months of reefer experience, and a background in OTR driving. Their existing recruitment processes were insufficient in meeting these specific requirements, leading to unfulfilled staffing needs and operational challenges.

Solution and Implementation:

We created a series of targeted Facebook lead ads tailored to Kennesaw’s specific requirements. The ads were designed to appeal to drivers with the necessary experience, emphasizing the benefits of joining Kennesaw. Additionally, we implemented a fully automated system that provided immediate email alerts and ensured that all leads were seamlessly integrated into their CRM, streamlining the lead management process and improving efficiency.

Campaign Results:

The 40-day campaign yielded 132 qualified leads at a cost per lead of $7.28. This targeted approach not only addressed Kennesaw’s driver shortage but also provided a cost-effective and efficient recruitment solution. The automated system ensured timely follow-ups and improved the overall lead management process, helping Kennesaw meet their staffing requirements more effectively.
