For Merx Global, we crafted targeted Facebook lead ads to recruit owner-operators, addressing their driver shortage with a tailored and efficient solution.

Problem Statement:

Merx Global faced a critical driver shortage and needed an effective recruitment strategy to attract owner-operators. Their specific requirements included drivers with a minimum of 1 year of experience and ownership of their assets. Existing recruitment efforts were insufficient in meeting these precise criteria, resulting in operational challenges and unmet staffing needs.

Solution and Implementation:

We developed a series of targeted Facebook lead ads tailored to Merx Global’s requirements. The ads were designed to attract qualified owner-operators, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Merx Global. Additionally, we implemented a streamlined system to manage the leads, ensuring immediate email alerts and seamless integration into their CRM for efficient follow-up and processing.

Campaign Results:

The month-long campaign generated around 100 leads with a qualification rate of 73.7%. The cost per lead was $9.20, demonstrating the cost-effectiveness of the campaign. This targeted approach significantly addressed Merx Global’s driver shortage by attracting qualified owner-operators and improving their recruitment process.
